- Cottage Inn Pizza (Packard and Hill)
- Mr. Pizza (Packard and Dewey)
- Forsythe Park (Packard and Arch)
- Ali Baba (Packard and Hill)
- Bell's Pizza (Packard and State)
- Ahmo's (Huron and Division) was a Speedway Service owned by Phillip Mendie in 1961
- Pizza (Huron and Division), (demolished for a new apt building)
- Main Street Party Store (Main and Ann)
- Argus Farm Stop (Second and Liberty)
In addition there have been conversions of gas station properties to other uses, so that the original building has vanished in a plume of hydrocarbons.
- LSA Building on the former site of a Staebler Gas Station
- Ann Arbor City Hall on a former Standard Oil station, which replaced the E. W. Morgan House
- Ann Arbor Community Center on a gas station converted from the Old Jail
