Description: The museum is a cooperative effort of the Village, Park District, Historical Society, and the Memorial Library. The museum searches out and preserves materials relating to the community. The museum is a five-building complex. Arlington Heights Historical Society Library:
The Historical Society Local History Library houses historic photographs, newspaper clippings, maps, city directories, family histories and other documents relating to Arlington Heights' history. The library is staffed by volunteers and is available for use by the public. Reproduction of historic photographic images from the Historical Society's collections is permitted.
