Justin Lowenthal is a business and real estate attorney-broker in Davis, California. He is the principal attorney with Lowenthal, APC and the principal broker with Lowenthal Realty.

Justin has represented entrepreneurs, small businesses and companies at every stage of development, from early-stage start-ups to global corporations, as well as the investors that finance and advise them. With a focus on serving Northern California - one of the largest technology hubs in the world - Justin primarily represents small to mid-sized companies as outside general counsel. Justin is an independent business broker and REALTOR®. Justin represents real estate clientele with respect to the purchase and sale of homes, income properties, such as multi-family homes, commercial buildings, and investment properties, such as apartment complexes and mobilehome parks. Justin also represents the business community in the acquisition and sale businesses and business assets throughout Yolo, Solano, and Sacramento Counties.
Personal Life
Aside from his career, Justin is an entrepreneur and investor himself, a volunteer, a husband and a father. Justin, his wife Amy, daughter Charlotte, and dog Leo live in Davis.
