Lisa's Tea Room is a WONDERFUL place to rendezvous with a friend for conversation and a delicious tea-time experience. The menu not only includes traditional tea favorites, (scones, desserts) but also soup, salad, and sandwiches. There is a larger table in the back room for accomodating a group of six people or so, and a few tables in the main parlor which seat either two or four persons. The atmosphere is ... well, I felt like I'd been to England and had "high tea" in style, yet with all the warmth and friendliness of a hometown cafe in Philomath. Oh! And did I mention it's very reasonably priced? If Lisa's Tea room gets the business it deserves, we will probably need to call ahead for reservations! —KristyLindvall

2012-02-18 03:03:54   Just spent a WONDERFUL afternoon at Lisa's! It is beautifully decorated and so quiet and inviting. The service was great, prices reasonable, and the food...PHENOMENAL. Sorbet, finger sandwiches, scones, clotted cream and lemon curd....little teapots with tea cozies...so appealing and so very good! Definitely going back!! —LeonieTucker
