Bread of Life

The Davis-based Bread of Life Center for Spiritual Formation has grown rapidly since its inception in 1997. With ten spiritual directors on staff, Bread of Life offers services at two sites: in the main Bread of Life offices, located in the upstairs rooms of Davis Community Church (PCUSA), and at the Spirit in the Arts Center, located in the upstairs rooms of North Sacramento United Methodist Church.

Bread of Life offerings and services include both individual and group spiritual direction, Seeding & Mentoring with organizations seeking to engage their mission in a way that honors the Spirit, an intentional community experience, and a variety of retreats, workshops, and special events. Individuals coming to Bread of Life do not need to profess a particular set of beliefs or subscribe to any faith tradition. All are welcome.
