Previously an Assistant superintendent of buildings at the City of Detroit and reverend at Perfecting Freedom Church in Detroit. Charged in November 2011 for billing the city for work done at his church. As an assistant superintendent, he had the ability to approve emergency contracts with contractors.
Pled guilty in December 2011.
