The Lake Superior Woodturners is a group of sixty some men and women who are interested in the creation and promotion of turned wood.  We are associated with the American Association of Woodturners (AAW membership is not required for LSW membership ). We accept members of all ages and skill levels.  We provide information, education, organization and technical support for our members and all who are interested in woodturning.

Workshops & demonstrations: periodically during the year we invite an expert woodturner to join us in our celebration of woodturning and to demonstrate new techniques and to conduct instructional workshops for our members.

Meetings are held monthly (except December), usually on the 2nd Saturday of the month. Summer meeetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday (June, July, August & September). Call for exact day and time & location of meeting. We offer regular “sharing sessions”, where members are available to share their experience with newer members of the group or those interested in becoming members.  Most of our meetings are held at H&H Exports, 1205 93rd Ave West Duluth, MN 55808 (Morgan Park) 
