Jersey Junction is an ice cream parlor located in East Grand Rapids at 652 Croswell Ave in the Gaslight Village. Historically it is located near the location of Ramona Park, and on the grounds of a dairy farm.

Jersey Junction was founded in 1963 by Doris Christiansen Van Allsburg, mother of author Chris VanAllsburg and his famous Christmas-classic, The Polar Express. She sold the business in 1985. Prior owners were Dave and Mari Beswick. The current owners are Alise and Mindy Alvarez.
