The primary goal of this project is to see how much food waste occurred in the UW-Stout Commons. We conducted a survey about food waste in the UW-Stout Campus. Here are the responses to the questions.

I have worked in the dish room, people take to much or they don't like it. People need to learn how big their stomachs are.

Maybe educate people on smaller portion size and mindful eating.
