Chaparral Ranch in Milpitas

Chaparral is a ranch in Milpitas that offers horseback riding opportunities for all ages. Currently, Chaparral partners with area city parks and recs departments to offer recreational riding opportunities for kids, teens, and adults. For example, for the City of Fremont, Chaparral offers "Horse Fun on the Farm" (ages 3-5), a Young Riders Horsemanship Camp (ages 8-14), as well as breakfast rides, trail rides, and Horse Fundamentals (ages 8 - adult). For the City of Milpitas, Chaparral offers basic horsemanship, lessons, and trail rides. These classes are offered to city residents and non-residents.
