La Fiesta is just a little more expensive, but has great food that is a little bit more authentic than your average TexMex. (May 9, 2005, by Dolf Starreveld)
We discovered that La Fiesta has the best Tortilla Soup ever. It is what we now go there to have everytime we visit. Give it a try! La Fiesta is also owned by the parents of the owners of Fiesta del Mar, del Mar Too and their daughter is the owner of Vive Sol. Estrellita Restaurant

971 N. San Antonio Rd. Los Altos

Near the corner of San Antonio and El Camino Real, adjacent to Armadillo Willy's, Estrellita Restaurant is one of the closer Mexican restaurants to ML. Fortunately for all of us, it is really quite good. We especially like the displays of the daily specials near the front door. Those dinners are like the meals one might get in an actual restaurant in Mexico. Plus there is an opportunity to taste the different sauces & talk to friendly staff members about the various specials. Tasty burritos, enchiladas, etc. are also available as single items or in an assortment of combinations. While not terribly formal, this is a cheerful sit-down restaurant with a long-term presence in the area. Beverages include a selection of Mexican & other beers & wines, Margaritas, sangria, soft drinks, agua frescas, etc. (September 2005, by [Elsa Nimmo)
