The Jackson Arms Apartments are at the corner of Bellevue and Ellita Avenue in Adams Point. The building was constructed in 1924 for Mr. and Mrs. Richard A. Jackson.
The building was designed by architect R. J. McMahon of the O. G. Smith Construction Company. Excavation work was done by J. Catucci, and hardware was provided by B. Simon Hardware. 1
