The Pacific Technical College was a short-lived engineering and commerce training school at 13th and Jefferson, only around from c.1904-1905.

It opened in late 1904, with Charles C. Swafford, president; John A. Sands, secretary and business manager; and Charles O. King, director. Classes were held in Hamilton Hall. A series of ads appeared in the Tribune in early 1905, and then nothing after that.

Swafford had previous taught at the Polytechnic College, and later taught engineering courses at UC Berkeley. 4
