Pooh-Man, also known as MC Pooh (born Lawrence Lee Thomas, January 25, 1971) is a rapper from Oakland. He grew up in the Seminary area of East Oakland. His first album Life of a criminal (1991) featured the song fuckin wit dank which was a popular song and made Pooh man known in Oakland and through out West Coast..
