What do you know about Fairmeadow?

Fairmeadow is growing as a community. Residents use Nextdoor to share info. We have currently 245 members. We have recently had two block parties. I have lived there for over 30 years. It's a very stable community; however, that is gradually changing with new residents. Nearly all of the home are classic Eichlers. There have been remodels, but very few home have been torn down for bigger homes.
