Hailing from the mountains of North Carolina, A.J. Viola moved to Downtown Raleigh with his wife Cynthia in 2010 and has loved it ever since. A.J. serves as a pastor for Lifepointe Church. He is also a Wedding Photographer with Simply Photography, a business started by A.J. and Cynthia. The Viola's also started a Meetup group called Beer and a Bible, which meets every 2nd and 4th Tuesdays at Tir Na Nog Irish Pub at 7pm.
Passionate about new ideas, community, people, his mohawk and Downtown Raleigh, you'll most likely find A.J. at one of the amazing coffee shops or bars downtown working on building relationships and connecting people to each other.
A.J. and Cynthia live in the Capital Park Neighborhood and frequently throw block parties to help build community and relationships.
