This 0.35 acre neighborhood park was renovated and opened to the public on Oct. 23, 2010. Rea Park includes the following amenities: children’s bug-themed playground with butterfly shade canopy, butterfly garden with educational interpretive signs, walkways, butterfly mosaic and enhanced pavement, site furniture (picnic tables, benches and drinking fountain), small turf area, perimeter tubular steel fencing, landscaping (water efficient shrubs and shade trees), and landscape boulders.
