2007-05-28 19:18:22   I've had several great dealings with the staff here, most of which involve some random part I've lost. They seem to have this endless supply of spare parts, and the staff has been nice enough to go rummaging around to see if they had anything that could help me out (which beats calling up Yakima and having to wait). —KevinChin
