The Village of Skokie Human Services Division is charged with maintaining and enhancing quality of life for Skokie residents. The Human Services Division provides social services to all Skokie residents. Human Service staff provides short-term counseling, information and referrals, social services, and in some cases, limited emergency financial assistance to residents of the Village of Skokie.
