Caribou Coffee is a is huge, Brooklyn Center based, coffee company with more than 500 locations around the world; making Caribou Coffee the second largest coffee company in the United States. Caribou was started in 1990 by John and Kim Puckett; their first location was in Edina. Caribou has over 6,000 employees and had a 2009 revenue of over $262 Million.
