Veterans Memorial Park is an 0.65-acre park in Yuba City. It is located under the 5th Street Bridge, on the west side of 2nd Street and the north side of Bridge Street.

Veterans Memorial Park in Yuba City should not be confused with Veterans Park in Marysville.
