• March 15 - Federal - Form 990 to the IRS

  • Form 990 is the exemption information update and compliance form. See Form 990 Resources and Tools, or nonprofit forms link (if first link is invalid).

  • f990ez--2008.pdf | i990ez--2008.pdf

  • 2008 forms, for FY 2008-09. Should probably ask for an extension.

  • Given our current cash flow level (<250k$), Form 990-EZ will be our best bet.

• March 15 (plus 7 months auto extension) - California — Form 199

  • Status Lookup — Entity Number C2952941 (SoS site, unrelated to tax status)

  • Form 199 and 199 Instructions

• January Board Meeting - required by bylaws

  • Annual acknowledgment of Conflict of Interest policy (required by bylaws)

• Does this mean that the 990 and CA return are still due? When?

  • I believe they're due within five months of the end of our fiscal year, which would put the date at 28 February. - BL
